Returns & Refunds
- If you receive a faulty or damaged products we will replace your order with undamaged stock once we have received the original item back. We will not be able to offer this if the damage has been caused by you.
- If you have received an incorrect product or incorrect quantity we will exchange it for the correct item or correct the order quantity.
- Because we are only able to accept returns or give refunds in limited circumstances, it is important that you understand what you are buying and read the terms and conditions on the website, or ask any questions by getting in touch with us.
Shipping costs depends on product and location. Please contact us for a quote, prices on this site do not include freight.
The time frame for delivery is Approximately 10 days within New Zealand, please enquire for overseas orders.
- We take every care to package and post your order, any monetary recuperation form damage to the product during transit must be taken up with the courier company.
- Please contact us immediately if you are in receipt of an incorrect order and we shall sort the issue as soon as possible.
- If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when you placed your order, email us as soon as possible with your corrected address and order #.
- Email us as soon as you realise your shipping address was incorrect. Let us know your updated address, and we will reship the package once it gets back to us. We’ll send you a PayPal invoice for the second shipping cost at that time.
